To reinvent their online image the WVU School of Dentistry needed to adopt some big changes. Not only would a fresh aesthetic make the impact that they were aiming for, they needed some major modifications to their content to better serve their target audience.
I assisted them in identifying their target audiences so they could better understand who their content should be directed to. Also, I helped them break down their abundance of unorganized content into more managable chunks so that they can begin to craft a new content structure that will improve the overall user experience of the website.
