Overview
I was a full-stack engineer on one of the feature development teams. The feature development teams handle all of the development of new features and continued maintenance of older features.
Over the years, I've worked on developing many core features such as: Branding/White Label, Interview Scheduling, Reporting, Performance Management, Job/Candidate List, Email Digests, and many more.
I also lead the CSS architecture initiatives and developed a pattern library from the ground up. I mentored fellow engineers who are less experienced in UI/UX design patterns and best practices to help them excel at UI development. This role gave me the opportunity to bridge the gap between our Product and Engineering teams to deliver features more efficiently.
